When you download a zip file for uploading in your PsyToolkit account, make sure you download the zip file as it is. Make sure you do not decompress it. Some web browsers do this automatically, in particular the Mac Safari browser.
Here is what you need to do when you use Mac Safari

Open Safari

Open the Preferences menu:

In Mac OS X: Click Safari > Preferences

In Windows: Click Edit or Settings (Image) > Preferences

In the window that opens, click General
-
Remove the check from the box beside "Open 'safe' files after downloading"

Download the file again
Here is what you need to do if you use Firefox
Option 1: In Firefox, you can right-click the zip-file link (if you have a right mouse button). It will say, "save link as".
Option 2:

Select the preferences (in the menu)

Select Applications

File "Zip archive" and select "Save File" or "Always ask"
Here is what you need to do if you use Google Chrome
Google Chrome saves zip files as zip file by default. If not, you can right-click the zip-file link (if you have a right mouse button). It will say, "save link as".
Here is what you need to do if you use Internet Explorer
Click the hyperlink and then click "Save this file to disk". You can also rightclick the link.
